Note from the Site Owner

My name is Joel Dudley and this site, www.zero3it.com, is my web presence.

I have been working in Technology related fields since 1997.  I have been working as a Web Developer and a Web Programmer in Allegany County since 2004.

I have an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Web Development.

I currently work as a Web Developer for Alfred State College in Alfred, NY.  I am currently the only Web Developer employed there.  I also works in a free-lance capacity as a Web Developer for Web Developement companies in Wellsville, Hornell and Olean, New York.

Private projects are welcomed and I will be more than happy to talk with anyone regarding any Web projects they may need developed.
