My name is Joel Dudley and this site, www.zero3it.com, is my web presence.

I have been working in Technology related fields since 1997 and I have been working primarily as a Web Developer and a Web Programmer since 2004.

I have an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Web Development.

I currently work as a Programmer/Analyst for Alfred State College and I am currently one of the two Web Programmers employed there.  I also works in a free-lance capacity for other Web Developement companies.
